Windows Home Server 2011 Unavailable for Download from Hong Kong RRS feed

    I have a active MSDN account and can see the WHS 2011 in the download list.  However the download link is dimmed with a message saying that the download is unavailable fom my country (Hong Kong)

     

    What are the reasons for this and when can i expect it to be available?
