    hi when i try to do the one care online scan i keep getting an error message. it starts of with
    an error has occured
    line 1
    char 1
    error invalid character
    code 0
    url:res//c.\windows\downloaded program
    files\wlscbase.dll
    script_hig.js then error cose 0x8402802. any help would be appreciated. ps i have removed my old anti virus
