Is there any possibility we can have workstations same hostname in same domain. RRS feed

    We have our branches and since they were not in domain they put their workstations same names in different branches. But now we are going to join them to same domain and changing the hostname will effect the application. Is there any way we have have workstations with same name in one domain. Any workaround please advise.

    The hostname must be unique in the HPC Pack cluster, you will have to change the hostname if there is already a node with same name in the cluster, there is no workaround unfortunately.
