  • Hello Una lister,

If you have a Trial of Office 2007, Microsoft no longer provides the opportunity to purchase and activate Trials of Office 2007 online because they have come out with Office 2010.

    So here's what to do:

Go to Add or remove programs or the Programs applet in Control Panel, locate the Office Trial, and uninstall.  Restart twice.

Next, go to http://store.microsoft.com/microsoft/Office/category/2 , select the Office 2010 edition that you want to purchase, go thru the checkout, download, and install Office according to the instructions given.

If you think you want to try Office 2010 before you buy it, go to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/try-office-2010-FX101868838.aspx to download a trial of the edition that's best for you.  because Office 2010 is the current edition of Office, when the Trial is over you'll be able to purchase a product key directly from Microsoft starting from within Office itself.

Buy Office 2007 Now, Get Office 2010 Free http://office2010.microsoft.com/en-us/tech-guarantee/microsoft-office-2010-technology-guarantee-FX101825695.aspx?CTT=97
