Console Ban

My son's console has been banned. I have been trying to write to the forums the last couple days, however there is not a place for me to add. I have been speaking with an xbox live support tech and they have been trying also and have been unsuccessful. This is the way they said I need to facilitate the issue on hand to get a resolution to my problem. The email account associated with the banned account to find out the reason why also cannot be accessed.
