CRM for Outlook - Privilege Issues RRS feed

    I have installed CRM for Outlook for CRM 2011 on-premise. When I run the configuration wizard it tells me "The signed-in user does not have the appropriate security permissions to view these records or perform the specific action. .. Principal user ... is missing prvReadUserQuaery privilege..."

    I found KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2619752

    However, the user does have Read-Write access but it still does not work. How can I resolve this? This is for Outlook 2007.

    Imran, I had View already enabled. After some more research I found several others that needed to be enabled. After I did enable read access on Customization->Solution, Customization->Publisher and Core Records->Saved View it started to work.

    Hi,

    Can you check if user's security role has read permissions to the 'View' on the 'Customization' Tab? If no, then please provide read access to 'View' of Customization as shown here. If the issue persists, turn on tracing and share the log with us. Thanks,
