A + certification

Is there an exam that is equal to the Comptia A + certification? If so, how do I prove to other companies that it is the same?Thursday, January 2, 2014 3:06 AM

Comptia A+ is vendor neutral, and can be used with many vendor specific certifications as an elective exam to reach a higher certification. Also Comptia A+ is ANSI accredited, so there is hardly any direct comparison with any other exam.

Hi,
As Marek already explained all Microsoft Certifications are related to Microsoft products so there is no equal for CompTIA A+. The MCSA and MCSE certification are the most achieved certifications for IT Pro's and the MCSD certifications are the most achieved certifications for developers.

MCSE:http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/mcse-certification.aspx
MCSD:http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/mcsd-certification.aspx
The entry level MTA certification tracks is available for anyone that is new to Microsoft Technology and IT. These certifications will explain all the basics before you can continue to MCSA and MCSE.
