On Premise Customer Portal and Dynamics 2011 Issue

  I was able to get the customer portal to this point.  There is however an issue with the links, when I click anything I get resource not found.  I am using an on premise crm. When I go to the localhost:7777 I get a directory listing, when I click pages, I get the below. Something is not quite right and the directions to implement are atrocius, any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.Rick
