Start up issue with Windows 10

Question
-
I recently did the Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade. Ever since on startup I get the following event:
Product Name Microsoft Windows operating System
Product Version 10.0.10586.0
Event ID 69
Event Source Microsoft-Windows-AppModel-Runtime
Locale ID 1033The window that pops up reads
RunnDLL
There was a problem starting
C:|Progra~1\Commo~1\System\SysMenu.dll
The specified module could not be found.
How do I correct this. It is a nuisance more than a problem, but I can't help but think there is a fix.
