Convert e-mail to case RRS feed

  • Hi!

    I'm working on converting e-mail from Outlook to cases in CRM2011. The case is created and also an e-mail activity record (activity status finished). But there isn't any link created between e-mail activity record and case record. Is this the normal behaviour or is it an error?
