Long story short, we have successfully migrated an Exchange 2007 to Office 365
After all sync is completed, we are receiving an error report every thirty minutes. Below are specifics:
Notes:
- User shows as synced in the migration status
- User used to have a space in the username (removed prior to migration)
- NO errors at time of migration, just after
- Checked ANSI attributes, all of the names are apparently correct.
- Error can only be seen in error report we receive in an email
- Office 365 Support was not able to determine the issue since it is likely related to AD
- This is a user with a mailbox, mailbox is shared to other users. Setup was common to facilitate a simple way to share a common calendar.
- Mailbox is licensed.
