  • You are using an OEM SLP (factory installed) copy of Windows

    Windows Product ID Type: 2
    Windows License Type: OEM SLP

on a custom computer with a retail motherboard

    ECS (Elite Group) A740GM-M

With a simulated Dell SLIC table

    SLIC DELL QA09

This copy of Windows was copied from another computer and hacked on to this computer.  Have you had your computer in the shop?  If so you need to talk to the shop and get this done right.

Either restore the copy of Windows that shipped with this computer or purchase a full license copy of Windows and reinstall.  If you purchase Ultimate you will not have to reinstall but can just change the product key.

  •   Most likely either the repair shop or the person or company that made the PC, installed a OEM version of Windows (this version only works in OEM PCs sold by Dell) along with a hack that attemps to make Windows think it's installed in the proper OEM PC. (it seems more likely that the people that made the PC added it since I don't see any benefit for the repair shop to do it, but it's impossible to tell for sure)

The reason the Windows went Non-Genuine is either the Hack stopped working (for whatever reason) or (more likely) Microsoft updated it's detection system so this particular hack was now detected and disabled.

    Thank you,
