   moved this to off topic as I think your mean Microsoft Office is reporting an invalid product key. If you mean you are trying to install OneCare to another PC, use the same LiveId you originally subscribed with to activate. If you meant MS Office, you're off topic here and should check the main Microsoft site for support options - http://support.microsoft.com
