    paid for a year of service of live onecare but service was terminated as soon as free trial ended. How do I get service back?

    Hello alons143, most likely you purchased One Care but did not activate it. Open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
