Formatting a disclaimer with color in Outlook 365

    Question

  • Hi,

I need to enter a simple note right where a disclaimer would appear in an email. We are using Outlook 365 and I am using the Mail/Mail Flow/Rules to get to the area to enter the disclaimer but I need to have it appear in Red and I can't seem to get the HTML coding correct to have it display in Red.  Thank you for your help.  The message is:

  • Hello,

The TechNet Wiki Discussion Forum is a place for the TechNet Wiki Community to engage, question, organize, debate, help, influence and foster the TechNet Wiki content, platform and Community.

Please note that this forum exists to discuss TechNet Wiki as a technology/application.

As it's off-topic here, I am moving the question to the Where is the forum for... forum.

  • Hello,

I'd ask in the Office 365 Community.

As the Office 365 Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.
