SharePoint 2013:List view based on Login User and Organization he belongs to RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We are using external user FBA in SharePoint 2013.We are also maintain the user list.

    I need maintain the list view based on user login and organization he belongs to.

    Please help me like how we can achieve this. I am using custom Sign In form.

    When user logins he has to see his organization records only.

  • You can have one big folder for all of the records and limit the view by auditing the list.

    Here's a case where the view shows only items created by the logged-in user: /Forums/sharepoint/en-US/18d0acb4-4320-47a2-85ee-fafc06d3c5eb/unique-list-for-every-user

    Be aware, that depending on the case, the record list might grow to relatively big size over time which could affect the performance of the web application. This could be avoided by having identical yet unique lists for each organization - if the amount of organizations isn't huge either.

    I need to filter the records based on Organization for which user belongs to
