License update for CTP pieces? RRS feed

    Now that the CTP has been "postponed for the time beeing" we as an early adopter are pretty much stuck with a big licensing issue. When we once deciced to build upon SyncFX this decission was based on the statement that a production license would be available in Q1 2011.

    Is it possible to publish an updated license for the existing CTP bits which allows to use and distribute them in production applications?

    Hi, when we publish our code as a set of samples, you should be able to take them and use in production.

     

    It is not possible to update our CTP license, since the CTP does not meet the bar of a product that could be put on a production system.

     

    By using our code however, you can review it and test it to make sure it meets the bar you set for your production system, and you will also be able to make changes if you find issues.
