I copied files from my laptop having Windows 7 to Windows 10 but the VB 5 when clicked to open it says msbvm50.dll is missing. Please help me in running Visual Basic 5.0 on Windows 10.

Is not supported, the runtime from VB6 in SP6 will run but than only as it is, without any guarantee it works.
Success

The error is referring to the VB 5.0 runtime library, which would be in your Windows System or SysWOW64 folder of your laptop. But that likely won't be the only issue. You need to re-install VB.

Are you trying to install the VB5 IDE on Windows 10?
Or is it a VB5 app?
For a VB5 app create an installer (Package & Deployment Wizard) rather than copying files from your laptop.
For the VB5 IDE, install using 'Run as administrator'
