CRM 13: regarding is changed to None for sent emails in Outlook 2013 RRS feed

  • Hi, 

    We are using the CRM 2013 online which was upgraded in October. My client is Win 8.1 with Outlook 2013. Currently I have a problem with the emails sent from Outlook. The email being sent was set to track with a case or order, after the email was sent, I went to the sent items in Outlook, I can see that email tracked regarding that case or order, after couple seconds, I saw it was flashing, then the regarding changed to None.

    We have another winn 7 with outlook 2010, which has the same problem. But all other Win 7 working well.

    I read and followed this link for 2897977, but it did not help.

    Any ideas?

  • And if I go to Sent items, re-set the regarding to a case or order, then the regarding will stay there, not changed to None.

    For the emails in Inbox, no any problem. Tried all different kind of combinations of the settings of Email and CRM Diagnostics.
