Cancelling Provisioning request with Microsoft RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We are deploying OCS 2007 R2 and requested MSN Provisioning from Microsoft and applied online. Howevever our scheduled delayed and the users have received the below email from Microsoft:

    1. The owner of the yourdomain.com domain has selected Microsoft Office Live Communication Server for their instant messaging service.
    2. If you want to continue using the Windows Live Messenger service, you must change the email address associated with your Windows Live ID account to a new domain.
    3. If you attempt to use Windows Live Messenger after 10/18/2009 and you have not changed the email address associated with your Windows Live ID account than you will be prompted to do so at that time.

We tried to contact Microsoft to delay or cancel provisioning, so that we can continue our Windows Live messenger some more time ( we use our company email address for Windows Live messenger). However i didn't succeed to contact Microsoft. Only method i found is to email to EMAIL GONE requesting to cancel / back off my original request.

I have tried to cancel online from https://ocspic.livemeeting.com/provision/Logon/Logon.aspx?rret=https%3a%2f%2focspic.livemeeting.com%2fprovision%2fAgreementNumber.aspx , but there is no option to cancel/ hold / delay my request.

I have opened case with premier support, but no use.

Is there any other way i can cancel my provisioning request? As cancelling Windows Live messenger will impact our business worldwide, it is urgent issue. Please help us to cancel my provisioing request.
