    Why does this error appear when i try to connect video call? How do i resolve it?

    I also tried to load what was an update for beta and all my services stopped for Messenger.  Said It could not be reached at this time try later.  Also got error messege 80004002.  Also said there was something on my calendar that prohibited it.
