Transfer of one million dollars won thru Microsoft international Fortune Lottery

  Microsoft international fortune lottery 2016. I was declared as the winner of one million dollars, in spite of giving them my account number and the bank in Pakistan I never received the funds. The fund were transferred through central Bank of Philippines and Industrial and Commercial Bank Of China to my bank account in Karachi Pakistan (Standard Chartered Bank). Its been two years i haven't received a single penny from Microsoft UK Pennington.

  Can you Pls check and advise what can be done
