Adam.Turner's a troll - What is management actually going to do to protect users?

Question
-
Adam.Turner is one of the few users to be eliminated from using Microsoft forums for a year. He is back and VB is not safe from him. We need help from him but nonr has come from management yet. Do you have rules? You used to. What happens if someone breaks them?

He is still around (just search by his name) but I don't see him as a troll. He sometimes posts in SQL Server Transact SQL forum.
