SyncToy 2.1 duplicating files

  Hi,

  I'm trying to use SyncToy to update ("Echo" action) a backup of a large folder (1.2TB) with a complex structure which I made a while ago with a simple copy.

  Now, when I run the previous, I see that SyncToy has identied 90,000+ files to rename (adding ".1" between the name and extension) and copy again the corresponding files from the left folder.

  Why does it happen? How can I prevent it?
