CRM 4.0 Rollup 7 installation Issue

When i try to install update rollup 7 it on Crm4.0 the wizard give me the following error:

Did you install the correct Rollup for your server, 32bit/64bit.

Have you tried installing Rollup 9? Plus make sure you install with administrator privileges.

Did you try to download an update before installation of UR7. Which UR did you had previous ?

Does this file C:\Documents and Settings\a-crmadmin\Application Data\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs\KB971782.log
have and error info in it?

The log I've posted is taken from the file you suggested me ... the error info seems to be :
