Custom entity not showing in navigation (2013) RRS feed

    Hi everyone,

    I've made a new entity, sorted my relationships, saved and publish all customisations, but when I go to add/new from the home page, contacts etc are all there, but my new entity isnt showing. Do I have to republish the sitemap?

    I'm sure it's something simple that I've overlooked, but I cant see the forest for the trees on this one.

    The navigation structure is cached in the client, so you have to fully refresh (or close and reopen) the browser to see any changes to SiteMap

    Have you selected in which areas the entity may be displayed?
    You can select this by clicking on "customize the system", and then select the new entity.

    In the General Tab, you can find: "Areas that display this entity".
