Urgent: Cant find all app menu item on windows 10 start up/ how to restore back RRS feed

    Hi,

    I was previously working on Windows 7 premium. But some how it automatically installed windows 10 on my PC. I cant run any application now. On the left bottom, there is a windows 10 icon (next to i'm Cortana. Ask me anything) but when i click right mouse button nothing happens but when i click left mouse button it shows me black pop menu but there is no All App menu item in it.

    Some body please guide me how to access applications in windows 10. I cant even access MS word. 

    If there is no answer for this question please tell me how to go back to the old windows 7.

    Please reply me urgently.
