    You're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare. You may want to try the Microsoft Public newsgroups here: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx

    Be sure to provide more details such as the operating system, email program you are using, and what specific problem you are encountering. Also note if it just started happening or has always happened on this PC.
    You may also want to check with your ISP or email provider to make sure that you have configured your email program correctly or that they are not having a system problem.
    If you are using OneCare, please post the above details back, too, and I suggest starting a new post so that it does not get lost here in the Off Topic folder.
