How to customize Sales Pipeline? RRS feed

  • We have Dynamics 2011 CRM case where organization is IT consultany company and they are in project business.

    Sales pipeline have following phases:
    1. Identified Lead
    2. Client Met
    3. Active Negotians
    4. Proposal given
    5. Project awarded

    How to build such capabilitied in Dynamics 2011? Is this just additional field in Opportunities?

    How to see in Dashboards sales pipelines including these phases?
    Instead of seeing all open oppoertunies and total sum in the pipeline, I would like to see 20'000 for Active Negotians and 40'000 for Proposal given etc.
