Odd File to be Opened at Startup RRS feed

    When my Win10 computer starts up a "View Downloads - Internet Explorer" Panel appears asking me "Do you want to open or save this file?" The file name is 417c297.91e94444e. I can't locate this file on my computer. If I just close the panel, ther is no problem. But on the next restart, the same message appears.

    Any thoughts?

    I'd ask in the Windows 10 forum on Microsoft Community.
