Does tune up also check,clean and repair the reg like most other sec programs?. If so why is there no report for it.

Hello Wayne, One Care does not include a registry cleaner. Registry cleaning is discussed at length in this thread - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1980333&SiteID=2 I don't recommend registry cleaners as they have the potential to cause as many problems as they might fix.
