Win 7 KEEPS saying it's invalid, I Run Activation, it ALWAYS passes ???

Question
-
I bought a refurbished laptop from a verified, high positive feedback eBay seller. The seller had attached a COA sticker to the case and provided a photocopy document that "constitutes proof that you are licensed to use the Windows operating system software preinstalled on your computer" etc. etc. The numbers all match as they should.....
Every few days, maybe a week in between, I get the text in the lower right screen that says "this copy is not genuine". I run Activation, it passes immediately, and the wallpaper message disappears until the next time. I have frequently run Windows Update without issue (even had to run a Windows System "disk repair" at one point because the cord got pulled out with no battery), but I keep getting that annoying text on the screen and occasionally a pop up that says "you are the victim of" blah-blah-blah.
Anybody know why this is happening? Is something loading out of sequence? Any help appreciated, Thanks!
PS Here's the report; I just had the message, just ran Activation, and at the moment it's good to go apparently.

There's no obvious problems in your report - which means that your sporadic problem is probably due to a race condition.
Such problems are notoriously difficult to pinpoint, but are often the result of conflicting security software - what AV and other security software are you using?
Have you used any other AV's on this install? (residuals can interfere with a new one)
