Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online - Lead and Opportunities

Question
-
Hi, I trying to import a purchased List into Microsoft Dynamics CRM online but want to know where the data has to be imported is it in Leads or Accounts or Contacts.
Issues –
If the data is imported in Leads and later if it is converted into Accounts Opportunity, I am not able to view the contact associated to the company. I am not able to convert 2 contacts associated with same company only 1 gets qualified.
If the Opportunity form is customized according to the contact Form will the information reflects when a contact is converted to opportunity.
How and where do I import data so that I would have a clean sales process with Account with contact information, Leads and Opportunity?

When you convert a Lead to a Contact/Account/Opportunity the parent/child relationship between the Contact and Account will be automatically created.
Contacts are not 'converted' to an opportunity, they are associated with an opportunity.
If you have another Lead that needs to be converted, convert them to a Contact and then parent them with the previously converted lead's Account.
