One Care "Backup Scan cannot start" error RRS feed

    I get this error when ever I try to start a backup with OneCare. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no change. The system is running Vista 64 Ultimate. I also get the same error when I try to change the backup file settings in the backup configuration menu.

    Any ideas?
