Issues activating Windows Live One Care RRS feed

    This has been a very annoying issue, and I appologize if I'm repeating a known problem. I have activated my token, but One Care says it has expired. When I try to reactivate it, type in my product key, I get a message stating "The product key entered is already in use. If you are installing OneCare on a 2nd or 3rd computer or you are reinstalling OneCare, you do not need to use your product key again. Instead, close this browser window, return to OneCare, and click Activate again. On the Sign in page, sign in with the Windows Live ID that you originally used to install OneCare.If you get this message more than once, report it as a recurring problem.
    Message 8059."
    I have followed the instruction above to no avail and I'm thrown into a loop and I get the same message over and over again. How do I resolve this issue?
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
