Do you have a program on the device called Master Reset or Clear Storage? If so, that will wipe the device and reset it back to factory default. It should be clearly discussed in your user manual.
It may be this but look in your manual to be sure:
Turn Phone off....hold directional pad UP while turning the phone back on. Follow directions on screen.

Thanks a lot. I did a master reset after saving all of my stuff onto my miniSD. I got the FileSizeType back. Thanks for all the help.
