How to handle International Users RRS feed

    Our organization is bringing on users internationally in the very near future and I have no experience with this. How do other organizations handle phone number/zip code/fax number formatting for international accounts and contacts?

    Typically we've just used free text. You can apply a validation rule via plugin after the fact if you'd like, but you could really go crazy around setting input masks and such depending on how many different formats you might have.

    That's a huge help! We've tried to prepare for every scenario in the past however I think taking it back to basics might be the best decision in this case. Thanks for the reply!
