Windows is not seeing the bios SLP marker, either it is missing or windows for some reason does not see it. This occasionaly happens when a computer is repaired by the manufacturer.
USE COA KEY/ACTIVATE BY PHONE
Look on the bottom of your computer for a COA sticker, it may be inside the battery compartment, install that key by navigating to system properties in the control panel (or pressing pause and win keys at the same time), scroll to the bottom of the page and click on change product key.
Now, activate by phone
Activate by phone
1. Type "slui 4" in the start menu search box, hit enter
2. Select country or region
3. Dial the number, DO NOT select any menu options, just wait and a person will pick up.
4. activate by phone.
