I can't get writer to download

    When I try to down load a screen pops up with try again in a box on the right but it shuts right down and another screen pops up that says this:  download.microsoft.com/download/E/B/7/EB7AAFE7-514F-495A-A981-99830FE8E99E/en/wlsetup-web.exe. among a bunch of other stuff.
