    When an email with an attachments gets tracked in CRM (using the Outlook connector) against multiple Contact records, does the attachment get replicated in the database more than once?  In other words, if an email with 5 users in the “To” field has a 4mb file attachment, does the attachment get stored in the database 5 times?

    Hi,

         In case where multiple recipients are added against the email, physical email is not replicated multiple times. It has many related records but email record is only 1. So the attachment is stored only once and not 5 times in the system.
