  • You have a Trusted Store Tamper - of caused by malware. (and your install of Office 2007 is definitely counterfeit!)

    Please download and install  Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from  http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM Premium' at the end of the installation -  and update it, then run a full scan  in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

    Quarantine everything it finds   

    Then reboot and run another MGADiag report and post that.

  • This system has been running Malware Bytes for a month and the scans have not cleaned it, if it is malware. 

    How do I run a MGADiag report? I just tried it from command window as admin and got File Not Found. I also have run Licensing Store fix. I'm also going to post my tale of woe on http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/threads

    2) did you ever run a FUL SYSTEM SCAN with Malwarebytes? - with your own antivirus also updated and running?

    a) what is your anti-virus?

    b) where did you get your Office install from?
