Issue with 'Case Routing via Soap messages' RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a Win8.1 Metro app which is communicating with CRM via OData services and Soap messages. 

    I am using below soap message to 'route' a 'Case' :-

    It (routing) is not getting reflecting on CRM side. However, if I 'route a Case' from CRM its working fine.

    No error / exception in application (c# code) side.

    Any suggestions would be highly appreciated :)
