Windows Anytime Upgrade license error. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I used Anytime Upgrade in Windows 7 Starter to upgrade a netbook to Windows 7 Pro to add to it an AD domain. Since I first received the "Activation was successful" message on the device, I have called Micorsoft 3-times to subsequently resolve a 'not Genuine' message from the OS. Each time I have been "successful" in entering the license key we received via email from Windows Anytime Upgrade [xxxxxxx@store.microsoft.com]. The end-user is getting disgusted with me and Microsoft. Can anyone help me resolve this once and for all?
