  • I am getting a continuous message saying you may be a victim of software counterfeiting. I have done a diagnostic report, but can't post results here as its a link. what do I do now?

  • You are using the Default key which can never be activated.  You need to put in the Product Key that is listed on the COA Sticker that came with your OS Purchase.
