    Mike9238:

Please contact me at sboots@mvps.org and put "OneCare boaxxe.b" in the message subject line. The Microsoft anti-malware team would like to have a look at the trojan you've encountered. Please include your forum nickname in the message and this link: http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=3477634&SiteID=2

  • I just ran into this myself two days ago.  One Care can't do anything with it.

I also sent an email to you per above.

Unfortunately, I have not received an email with the subject line including "OneCare" from you. Can you please resend it? Make sure that the subject line includes "OneCare."

    Thanks.

  • At this point, I don't know if the OneCare team still needs this, but if you sent me details, I'll pass it on. In the meantime...

If OneCare did not detect or cannot remove the malware, please contact support to report this and for help with removal.
