  • i have been prompted to renew my subscription for 2 weeks now. every time i try to do this, i am able to log in with my windows live ID but the web page always states some sort of problem and is not able to complete this request for me at that time. what do i do now?

     

    ALSO, how long do these subscriptions last for? i swear i paid a good amount (nearly 100 i think) for this and it hasn't even been a year yet. please let me know how to access this information as well.
