how get the 90 day TRIAL working RRS feed

I helped setup my grandmothers computer and i downloaded and installed Onecare on her computer and i wasn't thinking correctly because i used MY personal subscription to activate her trial when really i should have not activated it at all but just tried to get the 90 day trial implemented for her to see if she likes it or not.  After a few days, i realized my error and when i tried to correct this, what i did was i first uninstalled onecare on her computer, then ran the onecare uninstall utility, then downloaded and reinstalled onecare but it says her trial is over and it asked me to buy a subscription.  She hasn't had but a few days to try this out so how can she get the full 90 day trial she is entitled to???  thanks, rick

  • Check the date and time on her PC. I don't think that activating a subscription and then removing OneCare would trip the flag that doesn't allow the trial to be installed again, but it might.

If you activate her copy to your subscription, you can always remove it later. If any of your PCs are configured to be a hub in the Circle, you can "remove this PC" from the list of PCs and it will be unsubscribed.
