I prepared an organisation on my testing crm environment and i need to import all the customisation to another server(another domain) when i am trying to import the customisation file notheing is happening. the green bar is not moving?? any suggestion?Tuesday, June 2, 2009 8:06 AM

Hi Tony,
have the two systems the same rollup updates from crm installed?
The Rollup Update on both servers has to be the same.

Hi Tony,
I believe is your CRM server timeout while importing the large xml files, thats why you feel like its hang.
you can try to extend the timeout value of CRM to allow it have more time before the thread being terminate by system.
