Hello Suresh,
Unfortunately it impossible with supported customizations - if I'm not wrong it is even disallowed for activities to be parent entity in relationships.

Hi, it is possible. Can you maybe give some more information on your scenario?
If you just want a lookup with all the activity types, you can create a new lookup field on the entity from where you want to access this lookup field.

Hi Suresh,
Adding to what Maryna and Christo have stated.
What you can do is to create a picklist. Then add all these activity types as items to this picklist. You cannot have the N:1 relationship from an entity to the activity.
I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.

Hi Ashish,
I have a custom entity called 'Country' and wants to create 1:N relationship for Address entity. I did this on CRM 4.0 using the HTML tags but I wanted to know how to create a lookup using Javascript in CRM 2011?

Jay.
