Accessing project server 2019 once installed RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Folks,

I am just trying out project server 2019/SharePoint server 2019 and have installed PWA into a new site collection.  On the site collection home page settings menu I can see the PWA Settings (and can change the values).

The issue is that the documentation I am following stops at the installation stage and doesnt say how to actually access the PWA site itself.   Do I need to add a web part/app to the home page (if so how) or do I need to run some command to switch the site into PWA mode (I have changed it from SharePoint mode to ProjectServer mode already).

I seem to remember an additional step needed to be performed in order to get to the UI

    Regards

  • Hello,

PWA is the site collection you're in. What do you see on the homepage? Tiles? A nav menu on the left?

  • Hi AndyW2007,

You said that you can able to access the PWA Settings page.

For better understanding, could you post a screenshot of your PWA home page that you see?  So that we can help you better.

  • The PWA 2019 home pages looks just like the PWA 2016 home page.
